HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it for you. However, our delivery processes are very tightly scheduled, so it is possible that changes may no longer be possible. In any case, we will get back to you, but we ask for your understanding in advance regarding any potential limitations.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to four weeks for the return to be recorded in our system. Following this, the refund will be issued via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Depending on the payment method chosen, the amount will be refunded either immediately or within a short period of time.

CAN YOU TRANSFER MY REFUND TO A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT?
We regret that we are only able to process refunds to the account from which the payment was made for the original order.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER - WITHIN THE 60-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at hallo@urb.style clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided in the link, though this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us your notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Our customer support team will provide you with the return address at hallo@urb.style. As we are always striving to improve our products, service, and customer experience, we are curious to hear the reason for your return. You are not obligated to provide a reason, but it would help us to do better. :-)
Of course, you have the option to return your order to us within 60 days of delivery. To do so, please contact us and provide your order number along with the items you wish to return.
Did you order the wrong size? It may not be necessary to send back the entire order. Regardless of the reason for the return, we will get in touch with you to arrange an exchange or to confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER - OUTSIDE THE 60-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the 60-day right of withdrawal has already expired, unfortunately we can no longer accept returns of the clothing racks.
WILL I RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL FOR MY RETURN SHIPMENT?
In accordance with our cancellation policy, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Therefore, we do not provide return labels. We appreciate your understanding. You can request the return address by email at hallo@urb.style.
