HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our clothing racks are delivered by DHL or DPD, with deliveries taking place between Monday and Saturday. For very large orders, delivery may be arranged via a freight carrier. Please contact us in advance by email at hallo@urb.style so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Please note that no shipments are dispatched on Saturdays — only parcels that have already been shipped will be delivered on that day. Delivery to a parcel locker is not possible due to the size of the packages.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
It is rare for packages to be lost or misdirected during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order at any time using the "Track Shipment" button in your shipping confirmation email.
Should you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at hallo@urb.style and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME ON MY DELIVERY DAY?
Simply click "Track Shipment" in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order at any time and find out when it is expected to arrive. Please note that the estimated times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will usually be held at a local branch, where you can collect it within 7 business days. You will receive a notification in your mailbox, and this information will also be available in the shipment tracking.
If you know in advance that you will not be available to receive the delivery, you can specify a preferred delivery date, location, or neighbor directly on the carrier's website.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Due to our fast processing times, it may be difficult to make changes to your order or delivery details in time. If your order has not yet been packed, it may still be possible to update the address. Please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and provide us with your full delivery address. We will get back to you if there is still anything we can do to help.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days after we have received your payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You can track the status of your delivery at any time using the tracking link provided. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
If you have already received a tracking number from us, your parcel has been handed over to our shipping carrier. You can use your tracking number to check the current status of your shipment.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer express shipping for your order. Please note that this incurs additional shipping costs, which can be quite substantial. If that works for you, please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and let us know exactly which items you would like to include in your order. We will then be happy to provide you with a corresponding quote.
I WANT TO PLACE A VERY LARGE ORDER. CAN I ORDER AS USUAL?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The stated shipping costs include postage and packaging materials.
For customers in Germany: Free shipping on all furniture items or on orders with a cart value of €59 or more. For orders below €59, a shipping fee of €20 applies.
For customers in Switzerland: A shipping fee of CHF 45.50 applies.
For customers in the following countries, a shipping fee of €20 applies:
- Austria
- France
- Belgium
- Italy
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Poland
For customers in the USA, a shipping fee of $39 applies. The estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 days.
