Refund policy

 

Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within sixty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is sixty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (urb.style GmbH, Schneebergstraße 4, 01277 Dresden, Germany, hallo@urb.style, Phone: +49 0173 6083213 - no customer support) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. You may also submit your withdrawal via our contact form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than sixty days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than sixty days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of sixty days has expired. Our customer support will provide you with the return address at hallo@urb.style

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is attributable to handling that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender, or if your lender makes use of our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the withdrawal takes effect, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal in respect of that as well.
