WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Using the "Track Shipment" button in your shipping confirmation email, you can find all tracking links for your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or your order was placed more than 4 business days ago, please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style or track your parcel directly with our shipping provider.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

That's strange. It's possible that you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, which is why the order confirmation could not be delivered. Please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and we will look into the issue.

MY SHIPMENT TRACKING ISN'T WORKING

It can take 1–2 days for the tracking number to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If tracking still isn't working, please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and we will take care of it.

THE SHIPMENT STATUS HASN'T CHANGED FOR SEVERAL DAYS

If your shipment status hasn't changed for some time, there is likely an issue in the delivery process. Please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and we will take care of it.

PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING

It may happen that your delivery, especially for open wardrobes with shelves, is split across multiple packages. In this case, please wait a few more days. Check your DHL tracking code that we sent you.

If no further package has arrived after a few days, please write to us at hallo@urb.style. We will get back to you promptly and send you the missing parts. To ensure we can send everything correctly, we need the following information:

1. Which part is missing? (A photo is welcome)
2. What is your order number?
3. Where should we send the part?

Unfortunately, we cannot take any action without these three pieces of information, so please make sure to include them. Thank you very much, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please check within 14 days of receiving your clothing rack that you have received all parts completely and correctly, so we can send any missing parts. If you notice something is wrong after the 14-day period has passed, we may unfortunately only be able to send replacement parts in certain cases.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT PARTS

Have you already checked which size you ordered? Depending on the variant selected, your clothing rack may differ from the images shown in our online shop. If you have still received incorrect parts, please contact us at hallo@urb.style and let us know exactly what the issue is.

Due to our fast processing times, it may be difficult to make changes to your order or delivery details in time. If your order has not yet been packed, it may still be possible to update the address. Please contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and provide us with your full delivery address.

MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the packaging of your delivery is damaged or has been repackaged, please ask the delivery driver to issue you a damage report. This helps us to make a claim for any losses or damages afterwards.

Contact us by email at hallo@urb.style and describe exactly which parts are missing or damaged, for example: 2x Part A, 1x 90cm pipe, 3x wooden shelf. Please check within 14 days of receiving your clothing rack that you have received all parts completely and correctly, so we can send any missing parts.
